Every time you show up, YOU WILL ONLY GET STRONGER. š¢ALL fitness levels accommodated š¢MINIMAL equipment necessary š¢Online group atmosphere creates added motivation, accountability, and sense of community All online workouts are released three times weekly (via email) and are completed via password & zoom link at your own convenience, OR you may choose to attend during a scheduled live session time via zoom. All sessions run in 6-week increments, providing you with a total of 18 training sessions.
