Our focus: TONE/TIGHTEN total body, SLIM down the dreaded bloat, STRENGTHEN yourself mentally & physically, RELIEVE STRESS, and continually progress in the journey of striving to be the BEST version of yourself. Every time you show up, YOU WILL ONLY GET STRONGER. šŸ’¢ALL fitness levels accommodated šŸ’¢MINIMAL equipment necessary šŸ’¢Online group atmosphere creates added motivation, accountability, and sense of community All online workouts are released three times weekly (via email) and are completed via password & zoom link at your own convenience, OR you may choose to attend during a scheduled live session time via zoom. All sessions run in 6-week increments, providing you with a total of 18 training sessions. Times/dates for online live sessions are as follows: Monday 4:45am - 5:30am 5:45am - 6:30am Tuesday 4:45am - 5:30am 5:45am - 6:30am Thursday 4:45am - 5:30am 5:45am - 6:30am Friday 4:45am - 5:30am 5:45am - 6:30am
